Support for user authentication and project structure to group experiment runs

Motivation

When multiple users using aim remote server it would be nice to have Project structure in place. Structure, User -> Project -> Multiple runs

Pitch

Support user authentication and also user can create multiple project under his workspace. A project can have multiple run.
