Change the scale point type axis brush extents persisting

🐛 Bug

The user wouldn't be able to easily control brush size. Every time the user ends the brush selection we were resizing the brush size to the including top and bottom points.

Expected behavior

• Keep the current extent size without resizing.
• Calculate the extents position depending on chart container height and dynamically reset extents if the window resizes event-triggered.

• Aim Version 3.10.0
