Boosting mutations doesn't work in classification task

Boosting mutations doesn't work due to available_operations for classification doesn't contains regression models.

Try to debug this line during running FEDOT

Also i think that we should remove this mutation before fix because it creates a lot of same pipelines that can affect on composition result in not good way
