Update tuning documentation

• Reference to seemingly deleted class PipelineTuner must be updated.
• Perhaps, it should reference GOLEM tuning documentation.
• All mentions of GOLEM or FEDOT classes should maintain the following format (since #1067 you can reference GOLEM classes too):
