Incorporate src/docs/index.adoc

As a developer of HSC I would like publish the contents of src/docs/index.adoc. The Landing Page of the GitHub pages site is created from the landing page GSP (src/docs/landingpage.gsp) which does not (yet) allow to include contents from parallel .adoc files.
