Btw, have you considered using IP-Adapter instead of a custom lora for the generation of consistent characters/objects ? I didn't see it in the paper! It's probably way less consistent but it's infinitely faster (and cheaper) to do. And we can still use your multiview technique to feed multiple images of the same character to ip-adapter for better consistency!
