Create nuGet package

Seems like this project would be great as a nuGet package so users can easily incorporate and then get updates as we figure out new manufacturers & models.

I can make a build script to create the Nuget package, will you accept it as pull request @ailon? You just run the script, provide your Nuget API key for the first run and the package will be created and uploaded to Nuget.
