Describe your requested feature

I think general adventure tooltips can be very helpful for all players. New players will appreciate the random tips, and players who've used adventure for a long time tend to forget the newer helpful commands and keep using basic commands they are accustomed to.

I don't have a clear way of implementing this, adventure doesn't have the usual loading screen where tooltips are shown, maybe a periodical message in the server, similar to the cart feature where it pops up when the channel is active.

I'm sure there are better ways to implement this, I just think there are QOL commands that many don't know.
