Improve messages of `verdi archive import` for old archives

When importing very old archives, one gets:

Report: starting import: XXX.aiida
Report: incompatible version detected for XXX.aiida, trying migration
Critical: an exception occurred while migrating the archive XXX.aiida: ArchiveMigrationError: Migration from '0.3' -> '1.0' is not supported in aiida-core v2

Can we clarify the error message stating how to do it? Either linking to a wiki page (so we can change it without making code releases) or explaining in the error message. E.g. "you can migrate this export file using AiiDA 1.x - you can e.g. try the Quantum Mobile v21.06.04 (https://quantum-mobile.readthedocs.io/en/latest/releases/versions/21.06.04.html)" (since it's long, maybe the wiki page option is a good idea).

@chrisjsewell what do you think? I think this is just a 1-line change, but getting it in before 2.0 will save us from a lot of questions in the future
