Bug: Inline Notes Title Disappears

Inline Notes Title disappears on enabling the plugin (despite inline titles visibility being switched ON in appearance settings) in all notes. Title reappears on force-reloading the vault after disabling the plugin entirely. Attached a screenshot and video below.

I have the same issue, but probably some update on Obsidian itself introduced this bug as the plug-in has not been updated for the last 2years and this issue is recent. Right now, once we toggle the "Reading Mode", the title reappears and stays that way until we restart the app.

As you can see in the screen recording, once we toggle it off still the title disappears once and we need to toggle the Reading Mode again to bring it back. So it's not the plug-in probably because even at the time we disable it, the title disappears.
