Icons folder should be moved under the plugin's directory

Because the icons are stored outside the plugin directory, the Obsidian Sync tool will not sync added icons across devices.

In talking with the Devs on their Discord, they mentioned that this could impact the initial performance of the app upon the first sync. As such, they suggest including an option to sync across devices.
