[FR] Clicking on Breadcrumb Redirects to Folder Note

Hi! I've really enjoyed using your plug-in! I've been thinking, it would be really neat if when you clicked on a folder in the note title header, it would redirect you to the folder note rather than just showing the folder in the file explorer.
