Support for subfolder changes

The foldernote should update if there're any changes in the subfolder. Specifically if a note is created or deleted.

Currently this does not happen. If I'm not wronge, this plugin tries to enable folder-level information to the user. To accomplish that, sub-folders must be tracked at some level as well since they're an essetial part of the folder itself
