Maybe add an option to automatically create folder note on folder creation

I was happy this was not done here... There are many similar plugins with Folder Notes with index, they are creating automatically and it looks very spammy all over the place; I am happy this plugin lets me create folder notes manually and with my own terms and sense - what and why am I putting in my particular folder note;
