juicer_tools pre produces empty heatmap

I'm running a YaHs/Juicer_pre/juicer_tools pre pipeline and it's producing a blank heatmap:

I'm fairly it is at the juicer_tools pre level, as an alternative pipeline (matlock and run-assembly-visualizer.sh) produces a full heatmap.

The only thing I could think of is maybe the chromosome names don't match?
