Finally move to common/ scripts

In my ideal world, we would restructure Juicer to be a set of cluster-specific scripts (the juicer.sh) together with a folder common/ that contained scripts that are the same across clusters. I started this with the CPU folder but obviously never finished. The push to Juicer 2.0 is a good time to do this.
