*.hic + *.assembly generated by 3d-dna cannot be edited in juicebox 2.16 [BUG]

Describe the bug I start to update juicebox from 1.11 to 2.16. The newer version is much faster; it is great. The *.hic + *.assembly generated by 3d-dna can be loaded into juicebox 2.16, but shift click does not work to select a contig. And other editing behaviors in https://github.com/aidenlab/Juicebox/wiki/Juicebox-Assembly-Tools also do not work. Are there any updates I need to do to adopt to v2.16?
