[BUG] All access to this object has been disabled

When I click the link http://hicfiles.tc4ga.com.s3.amazonaws.com/public/Juicebox/Juicebox_1.9.8.dmg to download Juicebox Version 1.9.8

I see the following error on the webpage

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
