loading assemblyfile too slow

I want to use Juicerbox Assembly tools to adjust my genome assembly. However when loading Assembly file ,it costs about more than ten minutes. And always jamed. My Genome Size is 700Mb. Can the tools update to solve the problem? Thanks

Hello wuxiaopei0509, How big is your assembly file? If it is very large (>Mb) consider bundling. Read about bundling in Genome Assembly Cookbook (dnazoo.org/methods). Best, Olga
