Annotation style and size

Currently, 2D annotation feature sizes are two (either small or big, in figure 5). Even the big feature size is too small to see in a heat map in many cases, so it will be great for users to adjust the annotation feature size in much larger scales. In addition, changing annotation line style (solid, dotted, dashed, dash-dotted) and varying line thickness will be great to add in the Juicebox
