Save state not working for me (can't restore)
Get Error: null
Possibly trying to write to a directory that doesn't exist? java.io.FileNotFoundException: /Users/nchernia/juicebox/JuiceboxStatesForExport.xml (No such file or directory) at java.io.FileInputStream.open(Native Method)
Can you clear the state list and retry? (I am unable to replicate this bug) There was a commit a while back to write to the log directory rather than the local directory. My guess is the states you had saved were before that commit was merged with the code?
No, these were not old save states, they were from essentially the same session.
I had 1D local tracks and 2D loops loaded; also was in axis and chromosome state.
