PretextMap compatibility features
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm working on scaffolding some plant genomes and wanted to see the before-after results for the process; at the moment, the workflow I'm using makes use of Pretext.
Is there a way to get the output for the before step, that is without passing through a scaffolding tool e.g. YaHS, in Juicebox? This would require to convert the .pretext in files suitable to be handled by Juicebox.
Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to open the original Pretext map in Juicebox, with the added interactive navigation options.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None, for the moment. This is the first project of this kind I'm working on, and the team relies on Juicebox while in my previous works I've only used PretextMap.

If helpful, I can post the exact commands I'm using to generate static Pretext maps and screenshoots of the results.
