What is the difference between 0.hic, 0.assembly and rawchrom.hic, rawchrom.assembly?

Dear developers. Sorry to bother you again, but what is the difference between the two pairs of files I get when I run run-asm-pipeline.sh -r 0? Which pair of files j should I juicerbox? Also should I remove the area inside this chromosome indicated by the blue circle?
