Bot zip update fails silently when zip structure is incorrect

The bot zip structure is verified on upload and rejected if something isn't right, such as the bot executable not being the name of bot, etc.

This rejection works properly on bot upload - with a message to the user. It doesn't appear to work on but upload though. The bot zip fails to update silently.
