Support for Deskeys / Topre Switches

If you have the dimensions for the cutouts, feel free to submit a pull request - it should be fairly simple to add them in. If you're uncomfortable with editing the files yourself, a reference of dimensions will help - although I'll only be able to add them in when I can find the time.
