Unexpected behavior in preset-app

Hey. Thank you for your project.

I use a size-limit for the application. It weighs in at about 80KB.

The problem is that runs on a laptop and CI, give a difference of almost 2 times the time.

In laptop:

$ size-limit

In CI:

What do you think this may be due to?

Can you show node_modules/.cache/size-limit/cache.json for laptop and CI (just print file after size-limit call in npm test)?

It will show throttling.

But we can try to fix current logic too.
