很多模型都可以兼容OpenAI的API格式，希望增加五个兼容OpenAI的API格式的自定义模型，用户填了Key和Base URL就可以使用了。

比较好实现，就是把现有的OpenAI的API格式的模型，在设置里复制五个自定义模型就好。

自己编译报错了。
