Update LoginSetting.vue

• Removed the unnecessary const electron = window.require("electron"); statement as ipcRenderer can be directly accessed.
• Renamed the createWindow method to openLoginWindow to better reflect its purpose.
• Updated the @click event handler to call the openLoginWindow method directly.
• Rearranged the code for better readability.
• Removed unnecessary newlines and formatting.
