Generate Code from comments, inline and without having to select the comment

Describe the feature

Would it be possible to replicate Github Copilot's functionality of generating code from just a comment?

This would essentially mean:

1. We would have to be able to paste code inline directly (without it appearing in the genie sidebar)
2. We would have to be able to run the generate code command without selecting text (Perhaps by hitting a special shortcut?)
