Error when connecting Spotify Slave to Server

I got the server working. But when using slave to connect to different server it makes it fall over, throwing the following error:

http.js:691 throw new Error('Can't set headers after they are sent.');

I'm amazed things seemingly works at all still, but unfortunately this project is not actively maintained anymore (and never was "plug'n'play" anyway). If you do find a solution I'll happily merge a pull-request though.
