enable case insensitive fuzzy matching

I noticed enabling fuzzy searches are sensitive to the case in the command menu. Is there any way to keep case insensitive search with fuzzy?

We already are using CaseSmart option for fuzzy matching, but I think the fuzzy matching library we are using might be a little buggy.
