Portals on Windows

The portal feature in windows doesn't work for some reason. All other features are working as expected as shown in tutorials.

The right panel is stuck regardless of scrolling. This behavior is reproducible for every PDF file I tried. Also, regardless of setting portals (using "p" for points A & B), or without setting anything, the behavior is the same.

I have a similar issue, but for me the portal window is only shown in the taskbar and not visible on any display. Trying to maximize it or move it with the usual windows hotkeys does not work either.
