Overlaying PNGs
@ahrm I just discovered the magic of .drawings.sioyek files in Sioyek for overlaying annotations from a separate file. This is amazing!
I was wondering if there's an easy way to use that mechanism to overlay a PNG? I'm currently generating bitmaps and they take up a lot of space.
Context: I'm trying to find a way to convert PDF annotations from Supernote tablets (which come in a separate .mark file) into a format that sioyek can understand and display.
We don't have a method to overlay pngs currently. I think using PNGs is bad because it both consumes more space and probably looks blurry at higher zoom levels.
I am not familiar with the .mark format, if you have a sample .mark file I could look into it, maybe there is a way to convert it to the existing drawings? Even if it is a PNG it is probably possible to convert the image into a series of strokes, but it will not be easy!
