Monitor refresh rate dropped when going fullscreen

When I use the app in windowed mode, it's totally fine. But when I go to fullscreen mode by pressing F11, the refresh rate seems to be dropped as the cursor movement is not as smooth as in windowed mode.

Which operating system are you on? Which sioyek version are you using?

I'm using Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC Version 21H2 (OS Build 19044.5371) with sioyek version 2.0.0
