[Development] Background color of TOC cannot be changed.

Running most up-to-date development branch.

When toggle_custom_color is set to on, then status_bar_color does not change the background color of the Table of Contents.

Infact, there is no way I can see to change the background color of the Table of Contents when Sioyek is built from Development branch.

You can use ui_background_color for that.
