Local Image Tagging

Sorry if it's a big ask but i'm wondering if you'd be able to add a feature to tag local images so you can search tags and have it display all images in a picture folder with the desired tags. It would also be nice to add mass tagging if you decide to implement this feature. I was thinking it could be done by having a text file for each image. I'm also aware png files have blank chunks for meta data so maybe the tags could be stored here. Please ignore this request if it's a lot of work >.<

I'd recommend using Hydrus Network, I think it does what you're looking for. I haven't used it myself, but another person requested and I implemented an option in ahoviewer to save tags (when you save booru images) for use in Hydrus Network (#58). I'll leave this issue open just in case I get really bored one day.

I need this too I'm too stupid to manage hydrus and i think using ahoviwer with local TXT tags files is perfect please if this is implemented i will love you for eternity <3
