Regarding this point Does Cloud Run offer SSL/TLS certificates (HTTPS)?

It mentions "If you’re using your own custom domain name, Cloud Run provisions a TLS certificate for your domain name. This may take ~15 minutes to provision and serve traffic on https://."

What would happen during this period?
