graph.json as a pull request

graph.json is a graph extracted from TurkishMorphotactics.java. The graph is exported to be used in development process of offline Zemberek in C, Python, etc. Do you mind to accept it as a pull request? What is the appropriate way to develop a project in another language in Git, GitHub? In my opinion, defining new repositories and naming them like "Zemberek in C", should not be the appropriate way.

Maybe we can move your work into a contrib directory, would that work for you? WDYT ahmetaa@ ?
