Cannot find 404 template

Hi,

I would like too customize the 404 page. But I am not able to find any php file for that. Also the 404 page doesnot show up. This is the error I get

This dev.example.com page can’t be found No webpage was found for the web address: https://dev.example.com/error/amp/ HTTP ERROR 404
