Remove Addthis compatibility

Addthis has to discontinue its services, but we are still providing Addthis support with the plugin.

Can we remove the support and all its related code with a notice to the users? I would also suggest updating the documentation as well to avoid any confusion for the users: https://ampforwp.com/tutorials/article/addthis-support-integration/
