Need to block all the third party cookies in the AMP when using GDPR option

We need to provide a global solution through which we can block the cookies come from third-party plugins when using GDPR option.

The cookies like "Cookie Notice Bar": https://prnt.sc/sz1izl , we need to block the duplicate cookies of third-party plugin related to cookie notice.

Here the user is getting the below three cookies: handl_landing_page handl_ip handl_url
