Need to connect Global color option in Design 1,2 and 3 and need to remove the header background color option and connect it to all 3 designs, and some of color options are coming from this file https://monosnap.com/file/0b30zT3gBLLhXBCFDHoKeDd78JH1j6 need to remove all, and connected it to Global color

Ready to merge.

Update all the sanitize_hex_color() to ampforwp_sanitize_color() while merging.

also update ampforwp_sanitize_hex_color to ampforwp_sanitize_color in swift->style.php (https://take.ms/MOB0q)
