Viewability option should be Ad-specific

can we use adsforwp_output_functions function exists /Class exits in place if is_plugin_active('ads-for-wp/ads-for-wp.php') ... its written multiple times in single file if(!is_plugin_active( 'ads-for-wp/ads-for-wp.php' )){ make it single, may be its improve the code performance also

Ad7 & Ad8 code need to be merged into master when this #2051 ticket is ready to merge.

And also I've added the improvement code in the master, not in the beta.
