Download Resume / File Specification

I'm always frustrated when I am in the middle of a download and a network failure causes the download to cut off , and starts from the beginning next time.

It would be great if a resume feature is possible, or a way to specify to download and/or skip some particular files out of the ones extracted. This might require a confirmation page where you select the extracted files you wish to download, after extracting, and before starting the download.

Something like how Internet Download Manager works.
