After inputting all parameters in App, click "Download", the app crashed.

For app crashes try checking also the Event Viewer in Windows 10. It also works for other programs too Here's a guide

I noticed there are SPP Event ID 16394/1003/16384 reported but don't know how to fix it. I used this APP successfully before and don't know what's wrong happened now.
