Try running instapy quickstart directly from the console/terminal. I did that and it showed that it was missing a delay parameter.

I can't also like pictures. It opens the pages one by one but doesn't like them. Following other users followers function working fine. I can only use that option. I can't run it from terminal it gives whole different errors abot "metric" and stuff
