Buttons not responding in the HTML page for the gui

I tried runing the index.html but nothing is responding, can't set the path, an't click anything

@ahmadudin What do you mean? The file is only made up of web files (js, css, etc) so I tought it's a web app, if I'm not supposed to use the index.html then what do I use, there is no .exe file in the folder

The .exe file is in release tab at the repository
