Target should be the only section open by default

When opening the new REST Console it is overwhelming. And really the only thing I need on a regular basis is the target and the response. So I'm suggesting to have all of the other sections minimized by default, like the old version. I know I have a few co-workers that have moved on to a different app just because of that.

I think a middle ground is needed ... some people want it all, some want none, so perhaps I will make this optional and allow to switch between two UI views ...

How about just have it remember how it was last set, and use that? By default have them closed, as it's more approachable for new users, and if someone ends up opening them all, they'll stay opened.
