Small quirks in event editor

No big deal, but in the edit fields of the event editor I see no cursor.

And in a list with many events, a different event is selected each time when I use the scroll bar.

(Sequencer64 0.9.18.1 2016-10-05, Xubuntu 16.04, xfce 4.12)

Yeah, I've noticed that, and not yet sure why that happens.

The second thing also seems reasonable, though it wasn't part of my orignal "design".

Man, I cannot for the life of me figure out why the eventeditor text fields have no cursor. (The seqedit text field is the same, but the mainwnd fields do show the cursor.) Also, the scroll-bar behavior is pretty tricky to mess with. So basically, I just saying this will take awhile to work through.
