Quantized Record Active does not work

I am on Win10 x64, Seq66 v0.9.99 with patterns

Having this button active has no effect; tried changing snap size to different settings... Post processing quantize works as expected (i,e, Ctrl-A then q)

Can anyone else confirm?

This is fixed in the portfix branch. Still need to test tightening and note-mapping while recording.
